Super smooth It was great working with Louie Duarte, very easy to communicate with, he is very personable & professional. He definitely went above & beyond what I expected from a real estate agent. Taking care of many things that would have been difficult for me to handle as I was working out of the state. There were no surprises, he told me what to expect & everything came together just as he described. Louie did an outstanding job in finding us an investment property.His extensive knowledge of the San Diego was very helpful. He was patient with all our questions and answered them with a lot of insight. He directed us to a mortgage and escrow company which allowed us to close in a much sooner time than expected. I would highly recommend Louie to anyone. We definitely have planned to have him to care of our next purchase.

Above and Beyond Louie did so many small things that it was a big deal when you added them all up. My wife wife broke her hip when we were staging our house. During open house Louie allowed us to stay at his house so my wife could rest. He arranged his schedule around ours. His wife cooked meals for us while my wife was having difficulties getting around. He helped negotiate with the buyers agent and with the sellers agent at our new house, with many fine details that I not have thought about. He arranged the closing appointment s for us. He was in contact with them and us regularly. He even bought us a very needed item for our move. I’m sure there are many more things that he did, and many of them were behind the scenes, so I am sorry I don’t remember all of them. He went above and beyond as far as I am am concerned. I dealt with other real estate agents but none as thorough as Louie. Verified by RateMyAgent
